How Does Apex Advantage Work?

Apex Advantage is an optional extended service agreement for DC SuperFlex robotic cutters. By purchasing, you never have to guess how much your repair/service will cost. Simply pay a flat yearly fee plus a modest deductible for each service. You may elect to have a replacement arm, control box, or grinder express shipped – eliminating downtime! Or, you may choose to wait for your cutter arm to be repaired and sent back. Either choice means no hassle and no guessing for repair costs! We take care of everything so you can keep your projects moving.

Your deductible covers ground shipping, inspection, diagnostics and more. The plan covers virtually every scenario within the cutter arm, reel, and control box. No questions are asked, so even if the breakage is due to poor operation or user neglect, we get you back on track – fast!

Note: Exchanges are available for cutter arms, grinders, and control boxes. Hoses are re-terminable, but not exchangeable or replaceable under the Apex Advantage plan.
