We are searching for a Technical Support & Training Manager.
Must be self-motivated, dependable, pay attention to detail, communicate effectively, and be well versed in small-diameter trenchless Pipe Lining and related equipment.
The selected candidate will:
- Perform duties related to the technical support and training needs of new and existing customers on all Apex CIPP systems and products
- Travel to customer training sites and conduct training at our Venice, FL headquarters
- Provide job support and emergency response for customers using Apex systems/[products
- Participate in the development and implementation of new systems as they are added to the product offerings
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide instruction on the operation and maintenance of Apex systems
- Communicate and interact with customers in a relatable and professional way
- Coordinate inbound technical support needs with Management, Sales and Service
- Work effectively with Management, Sales and Support to provide technical and training support for all Apex customers
Minimum of Five (5) years CIPP experience required.
